Are there any costs associated when I register on the platform?

No, the service is 100% free. Also, for some functions you don’t need to register.

What type of accommodations can I find at COliving Hotels?

Accommodations for long stays, with a minimum one month and a maximum of one year. However, it will be the hotel who decides how long they want to offer their rooms between those periods. Keep in mind that you must select your arrival and departure dates as follows: If you want to reserve a month from the first day, the departure date must be the first day of the second month. For example, for a minimum stay of one month (from April 1 to April 30) you must request, the check-in April 1; departure: May 1st. And, for a minimum stay of one month (April 15 – May 15) you must request, check-in: April 15; departure: May 16. If you book between months, we will calculate a month as a 30-day cycle. Additionally, we only offer stays that meet a minimum of standards of quality customer care for their guests.

Who do I have contract with? With COliving or with the hotel?

When making use of some functionalities of our platform, such as the management of the reservation, you are asked to register on our platform. Even so, the booking and accommodation are done directly with the Hotel that offers your accommodation through our platform. This is why we recommend you do a detailed reading of the specific conditions that apply to each accommodation.

I want to extend my stay, Who should I contact?

Make sure to send an email to hello@colivinghotels.com and we will help you with the extension of the reservation with the best rate. Thanks for staying longer!

What is the cancellation policy?

The Cancellation Policy will be the one provided by each Hotel with respect to its accommodation offer, so we recommend that you make a detailed reading of these conditions before proceeding with their acceptance. In the cases where it is appropriate, we will refund the amount paid by the same payment method selected in the reservation process.

And if I leave early, how do I manage it?

COliving only participates in the reservation process. In case you wish to leave before the initially scheduled time, you must inform the hotel, which will apply the specific conditions agreed in the reservation process. We recommend that you do a detailed reading of them before proceeding with the reservation.

How do I pay?

Through the platform, at the end of the reservation process you will be given access to a secure payment gateway, for the payment of the first monthly payment by credit or debit card. We recommend that you consult with your payment card provider about possible requirements or procedures during the payment process. The following payments must be carried out directly at the hotel.

Are there additional charges that I should be aware of?

It will depend on the conditions of each hotel for the reserved accommodation. We recommend a detailed reading of the specific conditions of said accommodation, so that you take into account possible charges for companions, additional services, stay of pets …
