How do I get in touch with the COliving Hotels COmmunity?

Just sign up into our coliving hotels network and be part of it. Get in touch with your community, ask questions, propose meetings, catch ups, coffees… basically enjoy your temporary neighborhood from day one.

What's the minimum length of stay?

All of our locations require at least a minimum of 1 month stay and a maximum of a year, however it is the hotel who decides for how long they want to list their rooms between those periods. All properties have a one month minimum stay requirement. Please be aware that you need to select your arrival and departure dates in the following way: If you want to reserve 1 month starting the first day, the departure date should be the 1st day of the second month. For example, for a minimum of one month stay (1-30 April) you must apply, check in: April 1st; check out: 1st May. And, for a minimum one month stay (April 15th  – May 15th) you must apply, check-in: April 15th; check out: May 16th. If you rent between months we will calculate a month as a 30 days cycle.

Who should I contact when I want to extend my stay?

What is the cancellation policy?

Whether you have to delay the check-in, no show, or make an early departure, once the first monthly rental payment has been made, the 100% amount will not be returned. In the event of a force majeure event, both the Hotel and COliving Hotels will not charge the affected Customer any amount. Force Majeure is understood to be any cause that seriously affects Customers and Establishments: Acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, acts of war and national emergency situations, requests by authorities, military action or terrorism, explosions, rebellion and disturbances, insurrection or Civil disorder, cessation of transport services, airports, or any other catastrophic emergency that prevents the Client from staying at the Hotel.

How do I pay?

It is pretty much like renting an apartment…your first monthly rental needs to be paid on the platform to confirm your reservation before check-in. Next monthly rent needs to be paid directly at the hotel (normally between the 1st-5th each month). You will need to leave a credit card details or a deposit at the hotel as you normally will do at any hotel. Any extras will be paid directly to them.*We must inform the hotel who decides the procedures for all the payments made directly to them.

What happens if I need to check out earlier than my original departure date?

Once the monthly rental payment has been made to the hotel, the 100% of the amount will not be returned. However, you can leave the following month without paying the rest of tha stay informing the hotel a minimum of 15 days prior to your departure date. For example, if your stay is from February to August and you finally need to leave in April, you will need to inform the hotel minimum on the 15th of March, nevertheless, and as we already mentioned, the amount corresponding to the current month will not be refunded. *Regarding the commission, COliving Hotels will return the commission belonging to the months that the guest didn’t pay (and stay) taking for granted the goodwill of the hotel.

Is there any occupancy tax?

Taxes and fees vary by location. Any fees will be clearly detailed on the properties listing page on our website.
